The event will bring together speakers from across Europe to explore how qualification systems can support contracting authorities, enhance the reliability of economic operators, and foster greater professionalism within the public procurement ecosystem.

As ANAC President Giuseppe Busia has emphasized, “The analysis of the Italian model as a potential benchmark for Europe is particularly interesting, as it demonstrates how reusable pre-qualification can reduce the administrative burden, speed up award procedures, and strengthen trust: three key objectives of the ongoing EU reform.”
